FAQ for Other Repair Info
Q: When should you replace the universal joint?
A:
You should replace it when one or more of the Universal Joints are worn or damaged, or they have lost lubricant.
Q: What should be cared about when removing the axle shaft?
A:
When removing the Axle Shaft, do not rotate the shaft. Rotating the shaft will misalign the gears. Misaligning the gears will make the assembly difficult.
Q: How to remove the Lubricant-Front Drive Axle?
A:
You need to remove the front Differential carrier shield, remove the fill plug and the washer, remove the drain plug and the washer, then drain the fluid from the front axle differential.
