You can install the lower hinge pin bushings, the upper hinge pin bushings, the door to the vehicle, and a bolt through the lower hinges, remove the temporary bolt from the lower hinge, and then install the hinge pin retainers to the hinge pins.

The procedure is to unhook the door check link if equipped, disconnect the electrical connectors from the door if equipped, drive out the upper hinge pin on the cargo door, and remove the lower hinge pin on the same door, the door from the vehicle and place it on a cushioned workplace, the opposite door by driving out the hinge pins the same way as done for the first door and the door from the vehicle and place it on a cushioned workplace.

You can deburr the holes on the inside of the hinge pillar or the door, paint the inner and the outer surfaces of the hinge pillar or the door at the hinge mounting zone, coat the mating surface of the hinge with a medium-bodied sealer, install the hinge to the body pillar or the door, tighten the bolts, install the door to the body, apply the sealer around the hinges, paint the hinge assembly, and then install the door to the vehicle.
