Start with making a 10 MM indication from the bottom of the tube with a center punch, 2. Clamp the Shock Absorber in a vise horizontally with the shock absorber rod fully opened, Drill a hole at the center punch using a 5 mm (3/16 in) drill bit. Remove the shock absorber from the vise. Hold the shock absorber over a drain pan horizontally with the holes down. Move the rod in/out of the tube to completely drain the oil from the shock absorber.

Start with applying a thin coat of high temp silicone brake lube to the inside of the Brake Caliper guide pin boots. Then install the guide pins boots to the bracket, apply the lubricant to the brake caliper guide pins and the bushing, then install the pins to the bracket. Then add lubricant to the pad hardware mating surfaces of the bracket, then install the brake pad retainers and brake pad. Now you can remove the caliper support.

Start by attaching the sensor to the vacuum Brake Booster, position the hose clamp to the vacuum hose and install the hose to the power brake booster vacuum sensor. Connect the power brake booster vacuum sensor electrical connector.
