The procedure is to raise the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel, remove the shock yoke, disconnect the suspension position sensor link rod, remove the upper control arm to the steering knuckle nut, separate the upper control arm from the steering knuckle, lower the vehicle, disconnect the damper coil harness connector, remove the shock module upper mounting bolts and remove the shock module.

You can raise the vehicle, remove the rear coil spring, remove the upper coil spring insulator and remove the lower coil spring insulator.

Q: How do you install the shock absorber and spring assembly?
A:
You can install the shock module and the shock module upper mounting bolts, connect the damper coil harness connector, raise the vehicle, install the upper control arm, install the upper control arm to the steering knuckle retaining nut, connect the suspension position sensor link rod, install the shock yoke, the shock and the tire and wheel and lower the vehicle.
