A:
The procedure is to remove the tire and wheel assembly, remove the balance weights, remove the tire from the wheel, remove lubricants, wax and dirt from the wheel, remove the paint from the wheel, spin the wheel, mask the wheel mounting surface and the wheel nut contact surface, follow the paint manufacturer's instructions, unmask the wheel, install a new valve stem, install the tire to the wheel, remove corrosion, overspray and dirt from the wheel mounting surface and install the tire and wheel assembly to the vehicle.
