Q: How to install the evaporator core?
A:
You need to fill the evaporator with the proper amount of refrigerant oil, install the evaporator core, align and connect the HVAC module case halves, install the upper HVAC module case screws, the seal over the heater core and the evaporator pipes, then install the HVAC module assembly.

A:
You need to disconnect the electrical connector from the ambient Air Temperature Sensor and remove the retainer and the ambient air temperature sensor.
Q: How to remove the heater hoses?
A:
You need to drain the cooling system, remove the Heater Hose clamps, remove the heater hoses from the heater core, then remove the heater hoses from the heater pipe adapters.
Q: How to remove the HVAC control module?
A:
You need to remove the right IP cluster trim plate, and the fasteners that secure the HVAC Control Module, then pull the HVAC control module rearward and disconnect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.
