FAQ for Brake Master Cylinder Bleeder Tool Repair

Q: How to bleed the brake?
A:
You need to place a clean shop cloth beneath the brake master cylinder and deplete the brake booster power reserve. Then you need to loosen and separate the front brake pipe from the front port of the brake master cylinder. After that, you can reconnect the brake pipe, loosen the brake pipe, fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-fill level, depress the shaft of the metering valve, assemble the J 41618 to the J 29567, and install the J 41618and J 29567 to the brake master cylinder reservoir. Then you need to connect the J 29532 to the J 29567, install a proper box-end wrench onto the right rear wheel hydraulic circuit bleeder valve, submerge the open end of the transparent hose into a transparent container, and loosen the bleeder valve. Then you can close the J 29532 and disconnect the J 29532, fill the brake master cylinder reservoir, and release the brake pedal.

A:
You need to secure the mounting flange of the brake master cylinder in a bench vise. Then you can remove the master cylinder reservoir cap and diaphragm, install suitable fittings to the master cylinder ports and transparent hoses to the fittings, fill the master cylinder reservoir, and release the primary piston. After that, you can remove the transparent hoses from the master cylinder reservoir and install the master cylinder reservoir cap and diaphragm.
