After lubricating all seals and metal friction points with power steering fluid, you can install the accumulator and O-ring seal. A:

Then you can remove the master cylinder and the hydraulic booster, place the J 26889, install the nut on the stud, and depress the accumulator with a C-clamp. After that, you need to rotate the retaining ring, depress the ring, remove the accumulator retainer ring, and release the C-clamp. Then you can remove the nut, the J 26889, the accumulator, and the O-ring seal.
