You need to disconnect the accelerator cable from the Throttle Body lever and remove the accelerator cable from the accelerator cable bracket, the accelerator cable from the cable routing bracket, the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal, and the accelerator cable from the dash panel.

You need to remove the vacuum brake booster hose, if equipped, and disconnect the accelerator control and cruise control cables (if equipped). Remove the accelerator control cable bracket and set it aside, the PCV tube at the Intake Manifold, the engine wiring harness bracket from the manifold, the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve, the studs holding the upper intake manifold to the lower intake manifold, and the lower intake manifold.

You can release the clips for the air cleaner cover. Then remove the air cleaner cover and the air cleaner element by lifting the element out from the air cleaner base.
