Q: What is the proper way to install the fuel tank pressure sensor?
A:
The proper way is to install the fuel tank pressure sensor on the fuel sender assembly, connect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector and install the fuel tank. Then refill the fuel tank and connect the negative battery cable. Finally, we can install the fuel filler cap and inspect for leaks.

Q: How do you install the fuel injector?
A:
You need to lubricate the new injector O-ring seals with clean engine oil and install the O-rings on the injector assembly, the Fuel Injector assembly into the fuel meter body injector socket, the injector assembly retainer, and the injector retainer lock nuts, the fuel meter body assembly and the upper intake manifold assembly. Tighten the fuel filler cap, connect the negative battery cable and then inspect for leaks.
Q: How do you remove the fuel level sensor?
A:
You need to disconnect the negative battery cable, relieve the fuel system pressure and drain the fuel tank. Next, remove the fuel tank and the fuel sender assembly. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector and remove the Fuel Level Sensor electrical connector retaining clip. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector and remove the fuel level sensor retaining clip. Then squeeze the locking fangs and remove the fuel level sensor.
Q: How do I remove the fuel pressure regulator?
A:
We need to disconnect the negative battery cable, relieve the fuel system pressure and remove the upper intake manifold assembly and the Fuel Pressure Regulator retainer clip. Pull and twist the fuel pressure regulator. Then remove the regulator seal lower O-ring, the regulator assembly filter, the regulator seal upper O-ring, and the regulator seal backup ring. Finally, we cover the fuel pressure regulator housing and Discard the O-rings.
