A:
You shall turn the steering wheel to the straight forward position and lock it in place, hoist the vehicle and raise it, disengage the intermediate Steering Shaft boot from the steering gear and the intermediate steering shaft upper seal, and remove the left side instrument panel insulator panel and the intermediate steering shaft.
Q: How to service the steering angle sensor?
A:
You shall disconnect any electrical connector as needed, squeeze the plastic retaining tabs on the supplemental inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil to release and disengage the Steering Angle Sensor, and center the steering angle sensor after installation.
