2010 Chevrolet Express 3500 A/C Accumulator

The procedure is to remove the auxiliary HVAC module, disconnect the electrical connectors from the auxiliary Blower Motor, and then remove the screws from the auxiliary blower motor, the auxiliary blower motor, the retaining clip from the fan cage, and the fan cage from the auxiliary blower motor.

You can install the Blower Motor Resistor into the blower case and the retaining screws to the blower case, connect the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor, and then install the left rear quarter trim panels.

The procedure is to drain the engine coolant, remove the A/C accumulator, the engine cover, the right knee bolster bracket, the cowl drain tube bolts, the cowl drain tube, the hose clamps, the inlet and outlet heater hoses from the Heater Core, right hinge pillar trim, the ground lead at the right hinge pillar and the harness connector and bracket in the right hinge pillar, disconnect the radio antenna lead-in cable at the right hinge pillar, remove the heater outlet duct at the left side of the heater case, reposition the wire harness at the hinge pillar and the heater case, remove the screws from the heater assembly, open the heater core access door, cut the marked section of the heater core access door and remove the access door, and then remove the retainers from the heater core and the heater core.
