First, drain the cooling system and disconnect the radiator surge tank outlet hose/pipe. Next, disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the water inlet assembly and tighten the water inlet assembly bolts to 10 Nm.

Q: What is the engine coolant thermostat housing service procedure?
A:
Tighten the Thermostat Housing bolts to 10 Nm. Drain the cooling system and remove the thermostat. Next disconnect the inlet and outlet heater hoses. Remove the turbocharger coolant return pipe and disconnect the coolant temperature sensor harness connector.
Q: What special tools will I be needing when servicing the water pump?
A:
You will be needing a Water Pump holding tool.
Q: How do you install the oil feed pipes?
A:
You can install the eight low, the transmission oil filter, the oil pan, gasket, and reset the TAP.
