Q: What is the engine coolant thermostat housing service procedure?
A:
Tighten the Thermostat Housing bolts to 10 Nm. Drain the cooling system and remove the thermostat. Next disconnect the inlet and outlet heater hoses. Remove the turbocharger coolant return pipe and disconnect the coolant temperature sensor harness connector.
