First, you need to drain the cooling system, loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps at the throttle body and mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor. Then, please remove the air cleaner outlet duct bolt and duct, the accessory drive belt tensioner, and the cooling fan and shroud, reposition the inlet hose clamp at the Water Pump, remove the inlet hose from the water pump, reposition the outlet hose clamp at the water pump, remove the outlet hose from the water pump, and remove the auxiliary heater inlet and outlet hose/pipe nut. Finally, you should reposition the throttle body hose clamp at the throttle body, remove the hose from the throttle body, reposition the auxiliary heater inlet and outlet hose/pipe clamps at the water pump, remove the inlet and outlet hoses/pipes from the water pump, remove the water pump bolts, the water pump, and gaskets, and drain the water pump gaskets.

First, you need to remove the necessary coolant from the radiator, remove the generator, loosen the outlet hose clamp at the Thermostat housing, and remove the outlet hose from the thermostat housing. Then, please remove the thermostat housing bolts and remove the thermostat housing from the engine block. Finally, you should clean all of the surfaces of the thermostat housing and clean the sealing surface of the engine block.

First, you need to drain the cooling system and remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Then, please reposition the coolant air bleed hose clamp at the coolant air bleed pipe, remove the coolant air bleed hose from the coolant air bleed pipe, remove the coolant air bleed pipe with seals, and remove the coolant air bleed covers with seals. Finally, you should remove and discard the seals from the coolant air bleed pipe and covers.
