You need to connect the vacuum brake booster hose to the engine and install the vacuum brake booster check valve to the hose, the vacuum brake booster hose clamp to the check valve, and the vacuum brake booster check valve to the vacuum brake booster.

You need to assemble the 5 transfer tubes to 5 new upper transfer tube O-ring seals, install the 5 new lower transfer tube O-ring seals, lubricate the new O-ring seals with Delco Supreme 11(R), GM P/N 12377967 (Canadian P/N 992667), or equivalent DOT-3 brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container, install the transfer tube assemblies to the brake modulator valve assembly, the brake pipe manifold and the brake pipe manifold bolts, assemble the master cylinder return hose fitting and the master cylinder supply hose fitting to the new O-ring seals, lubricate the new O-ring seals with Delco Supreme 11(R), GM P/N 12377967 (Canadian P/N 992667), or equivalent DOT-3 brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container and install the return and supply hose fittings to the brake modulator valve assembly and the brake modulator assembly.

You need to remove any dirt or debris from the brake pipe fitting and cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.

The recommended torque is 25 N.m (18 Ib ft).
