You should ensure the headlamp switch is in the off position, reach under the rear bumper, press on the lens end of the cover to release the locking tab, remove the lens housing from the bumper assembly and then remove the bulb.

You should reach under the rear bumper for the bulb socket, turn the bulb socket counter-clockwise, pull the bulb socket out of the connector, pull the old bulb from the socket, and then install the new bulb.

You should install the bulb, the rear edge of the lens housing into the rear bumper, push on the lens side of the housing to snap the housing into the rear bumper assembly, and then inspect the operation.
