2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Exhaust Pipe

You should first remove the exhaust manifold pipe and the left catalytic converter is equipped with a 6.0L engine.

You can remove the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S), support the transmission, remove the transmission mount to transmission support nuts, raise the transmission off of the transmission support, remove the transmission support cross member bolts, the transmission support cross member, the exhaust muffler to exhaust manifold pipe nuts and the exhaust manifold pipe to exhaust manifold nuts, lower the transmission, separate any necessary exhaust muffler insulators, remove the exhaust manifold pipe and discard the exhaust manifold pipe gasket.

You can remove the turbocharger exhaust pipe, the upper exhaust gas recirculation cooling pipe, the exhaust pipe bolts, the exhaust pipe, the bracket, and the gaskets.

You can position the exhaust pipe with a new gasket to the turbocharger, install the exhaust pipe to turbocharger bolts, position the exhaust pipe with a new gasket to the exhaust manifold, install the exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold bolts, tighten the exhaust pipe bolts, install the upper exhaust gas recirculation cooling pipe and install the turbocharger exhaust pipe.

You should first install the exhaust pipe hanger bracket and bolts if equipped with a 6L90-E automatic transmission, RPO MYD.
