Q: What is the master cylinder installation procedure?
A:
First, install the master cylinder to the brake booster, install the master cylinder mounting nuts and tighten to 25 Nm. Remove the plugs from the brake pipes and connect the brake pipes to the master cylinder. Make sure to tighten the brake pipe fittings at the master cylinder to 18 Nm and connect the electrical connector to the brake fluid level indicator switch. Finally, install the underhood electrical center bracket.

A:
Remove the cap from the hose nipple on the master cylinder reservoir and install suitable fittings to the master cylinder ports. Install the transparent hoses to the fittings, remove the fittings with the transparent hoses from the cylinder ports and remove the master cylinder from the vise.

A:
Install the reservoir seal to the master cylinder body and the reservoir to the master cylinder body. Next install the new reservoir attachment pins, the brake fluid indicator switch, and the underhood electrical center. Finally, fill the master cylinder reservoir and bleed the brake system.
