2009 Chevrolet Equinox Brake Booster

First, install the foam insulator to the vacuum brake booster. Next, install the brake booster to the vehicle, and install the booster mounting nuts and the booster push rod to the pivot pin on the brake pedal. After that install the foam washer to the pivot pin, the brake booster push rod retaining clip, and tighten the vacuum brake booster mounting nuts to 25 Nm. Install the brake pressure modulator valve bracket and the valve assembly. Install the vacuum booster check valve and hose assembly to the booster. Next, install the master cylinder to the booster, install the coolant surge hose and clamp to the surge tank. Finally, install the underhood electrical center bracket.
