Q: What is the removal procedure for the power vacuum brake booster (RHD)?
A:
The procedure is to remove the right closeout/insulator panel, remove the vacuum brake booster push rod retaining clip, remove the vacuum brake booster pushrod, remove the cross vehicle brace, remove the master cylinder from the vacuum brake booster, position the master cylinder aside, remove the air inlet grille panel, disconnect the vacuum brake booster check valve, attach the J 22805-B to the vacuum brake booster, unlock the vacuum brake booster from the front of the cowl, remove the vacuum brake booster, support the vacuum brake booster, push the vacuum brake booster foam filter, lift the longer leg of the retaining clip upward and remove the pushrod.

A:
You can straighten the vacuum brake booster locking tab, install the vacuum brake booster push rod, install the vacuum brake booster, push the vacuum brake booster onto the pushrod, position the vacuum brake booster on the cowl counterclockwise, turn the vacuum brake booster clockwise, remove the J 22805-B, reposition and connect the vacuum hose and check valve assembly to the booster, install the air inlet grille panel, install the master cylinder to the vacuum brake booster, install the cross vehicle brace, install the vacuum brake booster pushrod, install the vacuum brake booster push rod retaining clip and install the right closeout/insulator panel.

Q: What is the proper way to install the master cylinder?
A:
You can install the Brake Master Cylinder reservoir, bench bleed the master cylinder, install the master cylinder to the vacuum brake booster, install the 2 brake master cylinder mounting nuts, rotate the air inlet panel support bracket, install the air inlet panel support bracket push nut, remove the plugs, install the brake pipes, connect the electrical connector and bleed the hydraulic brake system.
Q: What should you ensure after completing the final master cylinder port bleeding procedure?
A:
You should ensure that both of the brake pipe-to-master cylinder fittings are properly tightened.
