Q: How to clean the Throttle Body?
A:
First, you should remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct, inspect the Throttle Body bore and the throttle valve plate for deposits, and then clean the throttle body bore as well as the throttle valve plate. Next, you should install the air cleaner resonator outlet duct.
Q: How to remove the Air Cleaner Element?
A:
First, you should disconnect the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector. In addition, you should remove the air cleaner outlet duct, the air cleaner housing cover, the Air Filter element, and the MAF/IAT sensor. Finally, you should inspect the entire assembly for dust, debris, or water.
Q: How to install the Intake Manifold (6.0L)?
A:
You should install a new Intake Manifold, the drive belt, the engine harness bracket nut, the vacuum brake booster hose, the EVAP purge solenoid vent tubes, the PCV hose, the left side CPA retainer, and the fuel fill cap. In addition, you should connect the fuel feed pipe, the engine wiring harness electrical connector, the side engine wiring harness electrical connector, and the negative battery cable.
