You will need to remove the small seal clamp from the inner tie rod boot, position the steering wheel in the straight-ahead position, loosen the hex nut on the tie rod and turn the tie rod shaft to obtain the proper toe angle, confirm the number of threads showing on each tie rod end is nearly equal, confirm that the tie rod ends are square before you tighten the lock nuts then install the seal clamps.
