A:
You can perform a manual or pressure bleeding procedure and then perform the automated bleeding procedure below. The procedure cycles the system valves and runs the pump to purge the air from the secondary circuits normally closed off during normal base brake operation and bleeding. The automated bleed procedure is recommended when air ingestion is suspected in the secondary circuits, or when the BPMV has been replaced.

The procedure is to place a clean shop cloth beneath the brake master cylinder to prevent brake fluid spills, apply the brakes 3-5 times, or until the brake pedal effort increases significantly, fill the brake master cylinder reservoir, install a proper box-end wrench onto the RIGHT REAR wheel hydraulic circuit bleeder valve, install a transparent hose over the end of the bleeder valve, have an assistant slowly depress the brake pedal fully and maintain steady pressure on the pedal, install a transparent hose over the end of the bleeder valve, install a transparent hose over the end of the bleeder valve, install a transparent hose over the end of the bleeder valve and then fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-fill level.

The procedure is to disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the protective cap on the radiator surge tank upper stud, remove the radiator surge tank upper nut, loosen the radiator surge tank side nut, lift the radiator surge tank upward and position it forward, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the nuts securing the master cylinder, remove the master cylinder, and remove the instrument panel lower trim panel. And then you can remove the brake pedal position sensor, the retainer, the washer, the brake pedal pin, and Brake Booster pushrod, the brake booster mounting nuts and washers, and the brake booster and seal from the cowl.
Q: What is the disassembly procedure for the master cylinder overhaul?

The procedure is to remove the Brake Master Cylinder from the vehicle, secure the mounting flange of the brake master cylinder in a bench vise so that the rear of the primary piston is accessible, clean the outside of the master cylinder reservoir on and around the reservoir cap prior to removing the cap and diaphragm, remove the reservoir cap and diaphragm from the reservoir, inspect the reservoir cap and diaphragm for the following conditions, remove the master cylinder reservoir from the master cylinder, depress the primary piston and remove the piston retainer, remove the primary piston assembly from the cylinder bore, plug the cylinder inlet ports and the rear outlet port and then discard the primary piston assembly, the piston retainer, and the seals and seal retainer from the secondary piston.
