Q: How to remove the Heater Inlet Hose?
A:
You should remove the battery, disengage tension on the heater inlet hose clamp at the heater pipe assembly, disconnect the heater inlet hose from the heater pipe assembly, disconnect the heater inlet hose from the underhood junction box retainer clip, disengage tension on the heater inlet hose clamp at the water pump, disconnect the heater inlet hose from the water pump and remove the heater inlet hose from the vehicle.

You should remove the rear evaporator line assembly, the heater pipe assembly to the heater core retaining bolt, the heater pipe assembly from the vehicle, and the sealing washers.

Q: How to install the Heater Inlet Hose?
A:
You should install the heater inlet hose onto the vehicle, connect the heater inlet hose to the water pump, engage tension on the heater inlet hose clamp at the water pump, connect the heater inlet hose to the underhood junction box retainer clip, connect the heater inlet hose to the heater pipe assembly, engage tension on the heater inlet hose clamp at the heater pipe assembly and install the battery.

Q: How to install the Heater Pipes?
A:
You should remove the cap or plug from the heater core, install the heater pipe assembly into position in the vehicle, the heater pipe assembly to the heater core, and the heater pipe assembly retaining bolt, remove the cap or plug from the heater hoses, and install the heater hose clamps into position using the J 38185, and the rear evaporator line assembly.
