You should remove the cap or tape from the evaporator core, install new seal washers to the evaporator core, the TXV to the evaporator core, the TXV to evaporator core mounting bolts, and the rear evaporator line assembly.

A:
You should recover the refrigerant from the A/C system, the rear evaporator line assembly, the thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) to evaporator core mounting bolts, disconnect the TXV from the evaporator, remove from the vehicle, the evaporator core seal washers, and cap or tape off the evaporator core.
