2008 Cadillac CTS Oil Filter Adapter

First, you need to disconnect the battery, remove the oil filter and the A/C compressor and the power steering drive belt, disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector and remove the power steering pump bolts and position the pump aside. Then, please remove the A/C compressor bolts and reposition the A/C compressor, remove the bolts securing the wire harness bracket to the oil filter adapter. Finally, you should place a drain pan under the vehicle to remove the oil filter adapter bolts and the oil filter adapter.

First, you need to install the oil filter adapter, install the bolts securing the wire harness bracket to the oil filter adapter and install the A/C compressor with the A/C pipes to the engine. Then, please install the power steering pump bolts and connect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector. Finally, you should install the A/C compressor, the power steering drive belt, and the oil filter.
