First, you need to remove the air cleaner, disconnect the cooling fan electrical connectors and remove the auxiliary water pump and any hoses and any hoses or pipes. Then, please disconnect the condenser tube from the cooling fan shroud retainer clip, disengage the surge tank inlet hose from the retaining features on the cooling fan shroud and reposition aside. Finally, you should remove the retaining bolts that secure the cooling fan shroud to the radiator and remove the cooling fan assembly.

First, you need to install the cooling fan assembly and the retaining bolts and engage the surge tank inlet hose to the retaining features on the cooling fan shroud.
