Remove the left closeout panel and the lower left air temp sensor from the heater outlet cover. Next disconnect the electrical connector from the lower left Air Temperature Sensor.
Q: How do I install the blower motor?
A:
Start with installing the Blower Motor and tightening the nuts to 1.5 Nm (13 LB IN). Connect the blower motor electrical connector and install the right-side instrument panel insulator.
Q: What is the heater core installation procedure?
A:
Install a new Heater Core foam seal and the heater core to the HVAC module assembly. Next install the heater core cover, and the heater core cover screws and tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm. After that install the heater core outlet cover and the heater core outlet screws. Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm.
