Q: What is the heater core installation procedure?
A:
Install a new heater core foam seal and the heater core to the HVAC module assembly. Next install the heater core cover, and the heater core cover screws and tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm. After that install the heater core outlet cover and the heater core outlet screws. Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm.
