Q: How do I remove the A/C Condenser?
A:
Start with recovering the refrigerant. Next, remove the radiator, the A/C line coupling from the condenser tube to the evaporator tube, the A/C compressor line nut from the condenser and position the A/C compressor line aside, the condenser from the vehicle and discard the O-rings seals and seal washer.

01/11/2022Q: How do I install the A/C Condenser?
A:
If replacing the condenser, add refrigerant oil to the condenser. Install the condenser to the vehicle, a new seal washer onto the A/C compressor hose, new O-ring seals onto the evaporator tube, the radiator, the evaporator tube to the condenser tube, the A/C line coupling to the evaporator tube, the A/C compressor hose to the condenser and the A/C compressor hose block fitting nut to the condenser. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Lastly test for leaks in the fittings.
