Next, remove the radiator, the A/C line coupling from the condenser tube to the evaporator tube, the A/C compressor line nut from the condenser and position the A/C compressor line aside, the condenser from the vehicle and discard the O-rings seals and seal washer.

Q: How do I install the A/C Condenser?
A:
If replacing the condenser, add refrigerant oil to the condenser. Install the condenser to the vehicle, a new seal washer onto the A/C compressor hose, new O-ring seals onto the evaporator tube, the radiator, the evaporator tube to the condenser tube, the A/C line coupling to the evaporator tube, the A/C compressor hose to the condenser and the A/C compressor hose block fitting nut to the condenser. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Lastly test for leaks in the fittings.

Install a new Heater Core foam seal and the heater core to the HVAC module assembly. Next install the heater core cover, and the heater core cover screws and tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm. After that install the heater core outlet cover and the heater core outlet screws. Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm.
