Q: How to clean the fuel injector?
A:
You can fill the injector cleaning tank with regular unleaded gasoline, disable the vehicle fuel pump, disconnect the fuel feed and return line, connect the J 35800-A, start and idle the engine, turn the ignition to the off position, disconnect the J 35800-A, reconnect the vehicle fuel pump relay and oil pressure switch connector, remove the J 37287, or J 42964-1 and J 42964-2, or J 42873-1 and J 42873-2, start and idle the vehicle, pour the entire contents, advise the customer and then road test the vehicle.
