Q: How to correct the mode door flutter noise?
A:
You can remove the left insulator panel, remove the knee bolster, remove the communication interface module from the support bracket, position it aside, remove the mode actuator, remove the mode cam bracket, mode cam, and the mode cam levers, and then you install the new mode cam levers, mode cam and the mode cam bracket, install the mode cam actuator, install the communication interface module, the knee bolster, install the left insulator panel, calibrate the mode actuator and then cycle the ignition and verify proper operation of the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system.
