You should install the 2 screws securing the MAF/IAT sensor to the air cleaner assembly and connect the electrical connector to the MAF/IAT sensor.

You should disconnect the Blower Motor Resistor electrical connector and remove the blower motor resistor mounting screws and the blower motor resistor.
Q: How do you remove the heater core?
A:
You should remove the heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) module assembly, the Heater Core pipes clamp screw, the heater core pipes clamp, the heater core clamp screws, the heater core clamp, and the heater core from the HVAC module.
Q: How do you install the heater outlet pipe?
A:
You should apply sealant GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) or equivalent to the heater outlet hose fitting threads and install the heater outlet hose fitting and the Heater Hose inlet to the heater pipe outlet.
