Q: How to remove the Thermostat (4.2L Engine)?
A:
You should remove the necessary coolant from the radiator and the generator. loosen the outlet hose clamp at the thermostat housing, remove the outlet hose from the thermostat housing, the thermostat housing bolts, and the thermostat housing from the engine block and clean all of the surfaces of the thermostat housing and the sealing surface of the engine block.
