You should remove the seat from the vehicle, unclip the front, rear, and side J-strips on the underside of the seat, remove the lumbar knob by pulling the knob straight away from the seat, the recliner handle, the screws that retain the lumbar adjustment mechanism to the seat adjuster, the lumbar cable, the 2 bolts securing the seat recliner to the seat adjuster and the seat back assembly from the seat cushion assembly, disconnect the seat belt buckle electrical connector and the wiring harness from the seat position switch, remove the bolt securing the seat belt buckle assembly to the seat adjuster, the seat cushion cover and foam, the assist spring, the 4 nuts securing the seat cushion frame to the seat adjusters, the seat adjusters and the 2 nuts securing the seat position switch to the seat adjuster and drill out the rivets securing the sensor to the bracket.
