Q: What will need to be done before measuring the trim heights?
A:
First, you need to set the tire pressures to the pressure shown on the certification label, check the fuel level, and add additional weight if necessary to simulate a full tank. Then, please ensure the rear compartment is empty except for the spare tire, and ensure the vehicle is on a level surface. Finally, you should close the doors and the hood. All dimensions are measured vertically to the ground. Trim heights should be within 13 mm (0.5 inches) to be considered correct.
