2005 Buick Century Radiator Hose

You need to position the radiator inlet hose to the vehicle, align the marks on the hose, install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator, use the J 38185 to reposition and install the hose clamp at the radiator, install the radiator inlet hose to the thermostat housing, use the J 38185 to reposition and install the hose clamp at the thermostat housing, install the left diagonal brace and fill the cooling system.

You need to partially drain the cooling system, remove the left diagonal brace, use the J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp at the thermostat housing, disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the thermostat housing, use the J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp at the radiator, disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the radiator and remove the radiator inlet hose.

You need to drain the cooling system, use the J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp from the water pump housing, disconnect the outlet hose from the water pump housing, remove the lower radiator air deflector, use the J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp from the radiator, disconnect the outlet hose from the radiator and remove the outlet hose.

You need to align the marks on the radiator hose. Install the outlet hose to the radiator, install the outlet hose to the radiator, use the J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp to the radiator, install the lower radiator air deflector and the outlet hose to the water pump housing, and use the J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp to the water pump housing and fill the cooling system.
