You need to install the fuel filler pipe and the fuel filler pipe screw to the underbody, verify that the filler hose is fully seated on the fuel tank port and the fuel filler pipe, ensure that the fuel tank filler pipe hose clamp is properly located on the tank port between the bead and the pipe, install the fuel filler pipe screws to the fuel filler pocket, add fuel and install the fuel fill cap.

A:
You need to install the Fuel Injector upper O-ring, the fuel injector lower O-ring, the fuel injector to fuel rail, the fuel injector retaining clip, and the fuel rail.
Q: How do you install the Fuel Level Sensor?
A:
You need to install the Fuel Level Sensor to the fuel sender assembly, connect the fuel pump harness connector and the fuel level sensor harness connector under the fuel sender cover, and install the fuel level sensor harness retaining clip and the fuel sender assembly.
Q: How do you remove the Fuel Rail Assembly?
A:
You need to disconnect the negative battery cable, relieve the fuel system pressure, remove the upper intake manifold, the fuel pipe retainer clip bolt, the engine fuel feed pipe from the fuel rail, the engine fuel return pipe from the Fuel Pressure Regulator, and the fuel feed and the fuel return pipe O-rings, discard the O-rings, disconnect the main fuel injector wiring harness connector, pull up the lock release on the fuel injector electrical connectors, depress the lock tabs and disconnect the fuel injector electrical connectors, remove the fuel injector wiring harness from the fuel rail, disconnect the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor electrical connector and remove the fuel rail bolts, the fuel rail assembly and the fuel injector O-ring seal from the spray tip end of each injector, and then discard the O-ring seals if damaged.
