You need to bottom the piston into the caliper bore, install the 2 retainers to the caliper bracket and the pads to the caliper bracket, swing the caliper upward in position around the pads, lubricate the bolt and the bolt boot, install the upper caliper bolt, remove the wheel lug nut retaining the rotor to the hub, install the rear tire and the wheel assembly, and align the previous marks on the wheel, hub and bearing. With the engine OFF, you can gradually apply the brake pedal to approximately 2/3 of its travel distance and slowly release the brake pedal. Wait 15 seconds, then repeat steps 10 and 11 until a firm brake pedal is obtained, fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the proper level and burnish the pads and rotors.
