If you reuse the orifice tube, you can install the new O-ring seals, carefully grasp the edge of the expansion (orifice) tube without touching the inlet filter and insert the expansion tube into the condenser tube until fully seated and install the condenser tube.

You need to remove the condenser tube and use J 26549-E to remove the expansion (orifice) tube.

Q: How do you remove the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor?
A:
You need to disconnect the electrical connector from the ambient Air Temperature Sensor that is located on the right front radiator air baffle and remove the push-in retainer from the ambient air temperature sensor and the ambient air temperature sensor from the radiator air baffle.
Q: How do you install the Blower Motor Resistor Assembly?
A:
You need to install the Blower Motor Resistor and the rear blower motor resistor screw, tighten the forward blower motor resistor screws, connect the electrical connector to the blower motor and the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor and install the right side instrument panel insulator.
Q: How do you install the Heater Hose-Inlet?
A:
You need to install the heater inlet hose, connect the heater inlet hose to the heater core, reposition the heater core hose inlet clamp, connect the heater inlet hose to the inlet pipe, reposition the Heater Hose inlet clamp and refill the cooling system.
