2004 Cadillac DeVille Windshield Wiper Arms

You shall set the wipers in the Park position, mark the position of the wiper blade on the windshield, disconnect the washer hose from the air inlet grille panel, and remove the cover from the nut on the wiper arm, the wiper arm from the drive pivot shafts, and the wiper blade from the wiper arm.

You shall install the wiper blade onto the wiper arm, the wiper arm onto the drive pivot shafts, the cover on the nut, and the washer hose onto the air inlet grille panel.
