You need to install the front park brake cable to the vehicle, install the park brake cable to the park brake lever, then install the park brake cable end to the park brake lever clevis, then raise and support the vehicle, and install the park brake cable clips to the Parking Brake Cable shielded areas, install the park brake cable nuts to the underbody studs, install the park brake cable to the park brake cable guides and the park brake equalizer, then install the park brake cable end to the park brake cable connector, install the parking brake left side cable to the park brake equalizer. Then you can adjust the park brake cable, lower the vehicle, fold the carpet back in place, and install the left-side door sill plate, and the left-side instrument panel insulator.

You should notice that the steering column must be in the lock position before disconnecting the steering column, the Steering Shaft coupling, the intermediate shaft, and the lower steering shaft.

The proper way is to align the hose fitting with the notch in the brackets, install the Brake Hose to the brackets, install the brake hose retainers to the hose fittings, install the brake pipes to the brake hose, bleed the hydraulic brake system and lower the vehicle.
