The correct part number fastener must be used to replace this type of fastener, and you should not use a bolt that is stronger in this application. If the correct bolt is not used, the parts will not be tightened correctly. The system or the components may be damaged.

You need to remove the lower intake manifold, the right or the left valve rocker cover, the valve rocker arm bolts, the valve rocker arms, the push rods, and the push rod guide plates, remove the Valve Lifter guide bolts, the valve lifter guide and the valve lifters, clean the gasket mating surfaces and the valve train parts, and inspect the valve lifters and the cam lobes for wear.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the valve stem oil seal and valve spring?
A:
You need to remove the right or the left valve rocker cover, the valve rocker arm and push rod, and the spark plug, install the J 23590 to the spark plug port and apply compressed air, install the J 38606, compress the valve spring, remove the valve locks, the valve spring and cap, and the Valve Stem Oil Seal, and inspect the valve spring.
Q: What are the recommended torque for the left engine mount strut bracket nuts and stud?
