A:
You need to remove the lower intake manifold, the right or the left valve rocker cover, the valve rocker arm bolts, the valve rocker arms, the push rods, and the push rod guide plates, remove the valve lifter guide bolts, the valve lifter guide and the valve lifters, clean the gasket mating surfaces and the valve train parts, and inspect the valve lifters and the cam lobes for wear.
