Q: What should be noted when removing the coolant temperature sensor/switch (for the computer)?
A:
To avoid being burned, you can not remove the radiator cap or surge tank cap while the engine is hot. The cooling system will release scalding fluid and steam under pressure if the radiator cap or surge tank cap is removed while the engine and radiator are still hot.

You should install the Thermostat into the housing, the gasket, and the coolant outlet, and install the bolts or the studs.
Q: How do I remove the Oil Cooler?
A:
You should remove the grill, the hose clip bolt, the cooler line flair nuts, the cooler lines, the Engine Oil Cooler mounting bolts, and the engine oil cooler.
Q: What should be cautioned in replacing the Water Pump?
A:
You should remove the drive belt, remove the fan, the fan clutch, and the pulley from the coolant pump, disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the coolant pump, disconnect the heater hose from the coolant pump and disconnect the bypass hose.
