A:
You should install the engine oil cooler, and the engine oil cooler mounting bolts, connect the cooler lines to the engine oil cooler, install the engine oil cooler hose clip and the grill, refill the engine oil to the correct level, start the engine and inspect the system for leaks.

You should install the Thermostat into the housing, the gasket, and the coolant outlet, and install the bolts or the studs.
Q: What should be cautioned in replacing the Water Pump?
A:
You should remove the drive belt, remove the fan, the fan clutch, and the pulley from the coolant pump, disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the coolant pump, disconnect the heater hose from the coolant pump and disconnect the bypass hose.
Q: What should be cautioned in replacing Thermostat Housing?
A:
You should start the engine, and run engine, with the surge tank cap removed, until the upper radiator hose becomes hot. This indicates that the thermostat is open. Then you should attach the surge tank cap to the surge tank, make sure that the cap arrows line up with the overflow tube, and inspect the cooling system for leaks.
