A:
You need to remove the left insulator/closeout panel. Then you need to remove the screw securing the junction block to the instrument panel. After that, you are recommended to peel the wrapping on the wiring harness back to give more play to the individual wires going to the junction block. Finally, you need to remove each wire and terminal from the old junction block.
