You need to install the EGR pipe in the proper location and start the pipe fittings by hand. Ensure that the EGR pipe fittings are correctly lined up on the adaptors to the exhaust and intake manifolds. Then tighten the EGR pipe fitting to the exhaust manifold and the EGR pipe fitting to the intake manifold, and install the EGR pipe bracket retaining fastener.

You need to remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipe bracket retaining fastener, loosen the pipe fittings at both ends of the EGR pipe and remove the EGR pipe.
