You need to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the air cleaner assembly from the vehicle, and disconnect the electrical connector at the cruise control module. Remove the screws retaining the cruise control module to the cowl, disconnect the cruise control cable from the module and remove the cruise control module from the vehicle.

You need to install the cruise control module to the vehicle, connect the cruise control cable to the cruise control module and install the screws retaining the cruise control module to the cowl. Then you can connect the electrical connector at the cruise control module and the negative battery cable.
